  • Kusuri-no-Shiori® is supplementary material used by doctors and pharmacists to explain drugs to patients.
  • Information on the effects, side effects, and how to use the drug is written in language that is easy for patients to understand.
  • An English version is available for some products, which can also be used to explain drugs prescribed in Japan in overseas travel destinations.
  • The information is prepared by pharmaceutical companies according to the format specified by RAD-AR (Risk/Benefit Assessment of Drugs - Analysis and Response) and is confirmed and managed by RAD-AR.
